Academy Application Form
We are currently open to applications for the academic year starting August 2027.
Applicants must be between 16-18 years as at 31st August 2027, typically joining directly following GCSE exams.
The application and enrollment journey:
1. Complete this application form and choose a date to attend open days trials.
2. Attend your chosen open date trial; meet the current Students, Tutors and Coaches, learn about the programme and the supported career pathways.
3. Be invited to a one-to-one interview to understand your ambitions and have an opportunity to ask questions about the programme.
4. Be offered a place at the Academy by way of a written offer (subject to eligibility)
5. Be invited to pre-season training beginning in early summer before the start of the programme and possibly pre-season friendly fixtures.
6. Be invited to an induction day before the start of the programme to organise your on-line Google Workspace account, your laptop, locker and learn about Academy protocol.
7. Start the two year programme at the Carshalton Athletic FC Academy.
