Academy Football Coach
Working Hours: 30 hours per week Term Time only
Salary: £24,000 (Approx £20 per hour)

About the Football Academy
The Carshalton Athletic Football Academy deliver a full-time, two-year programme to students aged 16-18 years old. Students time is equally split between training on the football pitch and studying in the classroom.
About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to deliver a high standard of football coaching to Academy Students. The successful applicant will hold (a minimum of) an FA Level 2 coaching badge and have experience in working with students (ideally of a similar age) and demonstrate a strong understanding of long-term player development. Experience of working in a school or college environment is an advantage. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively.
This is a term-time only position with the possibility of additional paid opportunities. You will also contribute to college life, including open days and occasional evening or weekend duties.
The successful applicant will also have:
An excellent command of the English Language – written and verbal
Own a motor car, be in the possession of a full UK driving licence.
Live within reasonable commuting distance to the club address (SM5 2PW)
Breakfast and Lunch is provided every day
There is free on site parking
