Join our workforce

We provide a wide range of full-time, part-time and volunteer opportunities to people who share our values.

Football Coaching

We welcome new coaches and have opportunities and most age groups.  Successful applicants will share the same values and high standards that we insist from all of our coaches.

Our club's head coach is Keith Boanas, a pro-licence coach, mentor and development specialist who works with our coaches to develop coaching skills.

Football Admin

Running a football team needs a range of skill sets, one of the most important is administration. Each team has a team secretary who looks after fixture arrangements, official notifications, player registration and weekly admin. For most teams this takes a couple of hours a week and can be done from a home computer.

Football injury treatment

Every week hundreds of our players play football - inevitably leading to a need to care for injuries and rehab. We often have positions available for this role, both voluntary and paid.

Matchday Steward

During the football season (August-May) we play every saturday and some monday nights at Colston Avenue. The role of matchday steward is an important one and mainly involves directing fans arriving in cars, manning the pitch gates and a few regular jobs during the game. We have both voluntary and paid stewarding roles.

Football Media

We have ambitious goals in online marketing and social media development and would welcome applications to join our media team in photographic, football punditry, football commentary, videography and social media development.

On Saturdays and Sundays we have both morning and afternoon shifts for cooking and serving food from our matchday kitchens.  The matchday kitchens has modern equipment and we pride ourselves on the quality of food we provide.

Bar work

At Colston Avenue we have two function rooms and one matchday bar. We have shift work available on weekends and sometimes on weeknights. We have modern equipment in all bars.
