FA Cup draw - 3rd qualifying round

The draw for the third qualifying round of the FA Cup was made today (1.30pm), writes James Barrett-Sterling.

After getting past Harrow Borough 1-0 in the previous round we have now been handed an away tie at Lowestoft Town.

The two clubs used to be league rivals earlier in the decade but now Town ply their trade in the Southern Premier Central. They currently sit 19th with two wins from seven games, but they beat Needham Market 4-0 in the last round of this competition.

The tie will be played at Crown Meadow on Saturday 5th October (kick-off 3pm). This means our league game away at Enfield Town will be postponed for the foreseeable.
