We have made three new additions to the first-team squad this month, writes James Barrett-Sterling.
Firstly it's a warm welcome back to midfielder Christie Pattisson whom became a Robin again last week.
Pattisson, who joined us from Phoenix Sports in January and hit five goals as we went on to seal the Bostik South title, departed Colston Avenue in the summer as National Conference outfit Braintree Town took him on.
He made 13 appearances for the struggling Iron, whom are at the bottom of the league currently, and a recent change of manager has meant changes among the squad and Pattisson has rejoined us permanently.
"I didn't fall out with anyone at Braintree, I just wanted a chance to play every week and I am very happy to be back with Carshalton Athletic," he said after his second debut for the club at Wingate and Finchley.
And two more new faces followed Pattisson into Colston Avenue just before Christmas Day.
Defender Taoriq Olomowewe has joined us from Hendon whom currently play in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier South.
He made 20 appearances for fellow Bostik Premier club Enfield Town this season, scoring three goals in the process, and also played against us for the Towners at the start of the month.
And experienced forward Harry Ottaway arrived from Bostik League South East outfit Ashford United.
He has managed four goals in 17 appearances this season and has also played for the likes of Dover Athletic, Dulwich Hamlet and Enfield Town.
Next up for the first-team is a home game against visiting Tonbridge Angels on Saturday 29th December (kick-off 3pm).
