We have a new arrival and a departure to report this month, writes James Barrett-Sterling.
Firstly, with heavy hearts, we announce that goalkeeper Patrick Ohman has left Colston Avenue after finding playing opportunities harder to come by since returning from injury.
Ohman joined us on loan from Chelmsford City last season and made 26 appearances as we finished second in the Isthmian Premier League. He came back this season after former goalkeeper Billy Bishop sustained a head injury on the first day of the season, but only made three appearances before picking up a shoulder injury himself - he did memorably save a penalty in the 3-2 win at Corinthian Casuals however, view it here!
The shot-stopper has moved on to Hendon and we wish him all the very best for the future - good luck Pat!
And on the arrivals front is midfielder Lennart Hein whom has been in the first-team squad recently - not many players at our level get to debut in an FA Cup first round proper match!
He has experience of playing in the American MLS with Portland Timbers, has made three appearances to date and you can learn more via an interview on Robins TV by clicking here.
Next up for the first-team is an FA Trophy third round qualifier at home against Tooting and Mitcham United on Saturday 23rd November (kick-off 3pm) - more details here.
