Player update - Kalvin Morath-Gibbs

Some great news to impart about defender Kalvin Morath-Gibbs today.

The centre back, who has also filled in at right back and defensive midfielder during his three seasons at Colston Avenue, has now made over 100 appearances to date - a brilliant achievement!

He has been a very dependable and personable part of this club and has even chipped in with seven goals - scissor kick in the FA Cup against Walton and Hersham anyone?

Speaking of the FA Cup, and because of that goal, Morath-Gibbs was our man mentioned on the special ball used in the 2018 final (every club that entered the competition had a player written onto the footballs used that day).

His 100th appearance came away on Boxing Day against Leatherhead and he currently stands on 106 after Tuesday's trip to Worthing.

Congratulations Kalvin and keep up the good work!

Skills: Morath-Gibbs plainly ignoring Keith Boanas' shouts of 'get it to the corner flag!'
