Leo Young Signs
Leo Young has joined the Robins on loan from AFC Wimbledon.
Young signed his first professional contract at Wimbledon in the summer of 2024. His progress through the ranks was recognised in 2021, when he became the first recipient of the Nigel Higgs Development Award, an accolade that rewards excellence both on and off the pitch. Young earned a reputation as a commanding centre-back during his rise through our youth ranks, wearing the captain’s armband during Wimbledon’s FA recent Youth Cup run.
Young, Steven Bates’s first signing, has spent time at both Welling and Hastings this season.
